Manchester City forward, Sergio Aguero has put the club’s 4-0 defeat to Everton at Goodison Park behind him as he and his girlfriend, Karina Tajeda went their four-year wedding anniversary celebration.
The Argentina international striker posted a picture on Instagram
with the caption: ‘Four years with you! I love you.’
Tajeda may just be the star’s girlfriend in England but she is just as famous as her footballing boyfriend in Argentina. As a major pop star in South America, together they form something very much like Posh and Becks.
Aguero met his famous partner at a concert shortly after his very public split from Giannina Maradona – daughter of footballing legend Diego and mother to his son Benjamin – and the have been inseparable since then. It had brought a bright end to an otherwise poor showing for the striker after he and his teammates were humiliated by Ronald Koeman’s men. Upon signing with Manchester City back on February of 2016, the initial target that was laid on Pep Guardiola was to revolutionize the Premier League club and to convert it into not only as one of the best teams in England and push them to win the Premier League title which they haven’t done since the season of 2013-14 but to also push City to a European elite team that can also compete and maybe even with the Champions League in the near future.
In order to make all of this happen and not only win the Premier League or the Champions League, a number of changes have had to happen not only inside the actual pitch but also outside of it as well.

Manchester City won the race of signing John Stones after offloading around €47 million in order to secure the services of the 22 year old English defender who was being tracked down by Chelsea for the past few transfer windows but despite launching offers of €25 million, it wasn’t enough for Chelsea to lure the highly rated player to Stamford Bridge.
Pep Guardiola is a manager that enjoys seeing his squad having control of the ball and feeling comfortable with it no matter what situation they might be in and this is one of the traits that John Stones is known for as he is a centre-back capable and willing to go upfront which is what the Spanish manager wants to have in his team
Following his completion as a new signing of Manchester City, John Stones said during an interview: “I hope Guardiola can bring out everything in me. I always know that there’s a lot of improvement for my game personally. It’s 110 percent the right decision to play under him and I’m so thankful that I’m getting the opportunity to come here and play with the best and improve day in, day out.” Continue reading Manchester City got ahead of Chelsea after signing John Stones
There is more news rolling in as the new season is about to get started. If you look at Man City and Man United, the best comparisons are between the two managers of the club.
While Pep continues with Man City, Louis van Gaal was replaced by Jose Mourinho this year. Mourinho and Pep are up for comparisons. If you check their statistics, Mourinho has been around for longer, having managed 6 times till now, though his success rate comparing the number of matches won is lower than that of Guardiola by 6%. It remains to be seen how both managers work their teams up to be more successful than the other this season
Among the different statistics for the City, around this time in 2010 David Silva had signed up for the City. If you look at the news of Premier League Sunderland will have David Moyes directing the team if Sam Allardyce is selected to manage England’s team.
